In NetEnt's Reel Rush the grid itself is the feature: it starts as a narrow 1-3-5-3-1 diamond with 45 ways to win and opens up a little more with every consecutive win. A win on the fifth and last re-spin brings 8 free spins, played on the full 5x5 board with 3,125 ways.
Game mechanics
The starting layout is 1-3-5-3-1, and it can grow into a complete 5x5 grid.
Payouts are counted in ways, from 45 at the smallest shape up to 3,125 once every position is open.
Any win in the base game is followed by a re-spin.
Reels 1, 2, 4 and 5 start partly covered by blue R stars, and each consecutive re-spin clears another set of them.
Features
- Re-Spin After Every Win. No base-game win ends the turn: each one triggers a re-spin, so a run of wins can carry on from one re-spin to the next.
- Unlocking Blue R Stars. The blue R stars hide part of reels 1, 2, 4 and 5 at the start. Every consecutive re-spin removes another set, widening the grid and raising the ways to win towards 3,125.
- Free Spins. A win on the fifth re-spin awards 8 free spins, all of them played on the fully opened board with 3,125 ways.
How to play the free demo
- Watch the blue R stars on reels 1, 2, 4 and 5 of the Reel Rush demo: after each win another set disappears as the re-spin starts, and that is how the board grows.
- Keep count of the re-spins. A win on the fifth one is what awards the 8 free spins.
- During those spins, read results across the full 5x5 grid, since all 3,125 ways are active.
Why try the Reel Rush demo
Reel Rush starts as a 45-way diamond, and the demo shows it widening one re-spin at a time as the blue R stars clear. Counting the re-spins also teaches the free spins trigger: the 8 spins arrive only when the fifth re-spin wins as well.
